From email submissions to a real application platform

Before this work, submissions to the fund were sent by email — ineffective at scale, hard to review consistently, and a difficult experience for the organizations applying. Koalition built the UN a proper application system: a workflow that ensures applicants meet the criteria set by the fund, and a structured review process for the UN team on the other end.
