Koalition is a digital studio that builds websites, e-commerce platforms, applications, and interactive experiences for ambitious brands. We work at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology, turning ideas into products people actually use. We've worked with brands, agencies, movements, and rebels, building everything from museum installations to content-to-commerce platforms.

Koalition started in Copenhagen in 2000 and set up shop in Brooklyn in 2007 — designers, engineers, and AI practitioners who'd rather make the strange thing well than the safe thing fast.
We work as a build partner, not a vendor. Agencies, museums, and brands bring us in to shape what the work becomes — the kiosk that has to survive a museum opening, the campaign that has to physically exist, the retail moment that can't look like a product page.
We also keep a steady book of the work that funds the weirder work: marketing sites, e-commerce, complex web apps. Solid engineering, shipped on time. Get results — but add a little song.
